1)For all the chargers, we provide a 2-year warranty;

2)We provide training service and documents for sales and person in charge of installation and maintenance of charger regularly, normally twice per year;

Training content including site plan and construction knowledge, product debugging and operation methods, product maintenance and fault diagnosis and detection or other training content as per your request;

3)For remote technical support, we provide 7*24 hours of full-day remote technical support to technicians who maintain products;

Our company will arrange a person to establish a point to point contact with the onsite maintenance technicians to achieve timely and efficient remote support;

Remote technical support methods include but are not limited to, video, telephone, chat software, mail, and so on;

4)Site technical support is only needed when it is a must, we provide free technical service and training but all the transportation and accommodation costs it may occur are born by the customer, including our person to the site and your person coming here for training;

5)Normally, within 2 years, the AC charger is easy for maintenance and there is little possibility to break down.

For the DC charger, we provide free consumable spare parts during the warranty period;

Such as the 3% of the fragile goods in all products purchased by the customer are provided(for example, the customer purchases 10 sets of 150kW charging piles, there are 100 charging modules, and the number of spare parts for free is 3 sets) Usually they are prepared and shipped together with products.

Within 2 years warranty, we will regularly check and confirm with you that there are enough spare parts for use.
